Wellness in Nature

Simply existing in a natural setting reduces stress levels, inspires lateral thinking, and enables us to focus on our health and wellness. Shore Hall’s 22 acres include gardens designed to inspire tranquil walks, rare tree specimens to admire, long vistas for relaxing with a view, and a large vegetable garden to delight the senses.

Shore Hall's grounds also include an outdoor pool heated with our field of solar panels, a tennis court nestled in a grove, and a serene meditation centre for recuperative body treatments, yoga, and mindfulness practice.

  • “Never before have we had as fruitful a time off-site as we enjoyed at Shore Hall. Attentive but seamlessly unobtrusive service made us feel immediately at home. Lara and team made the whole experience smooth from start to finish and nothing – from food to recommendations for local walks - was too much trouble.”

-Nathan Cole, Executive Head, Wilson’s School

  • Our team offsite was nothing short of transformative. We were able to push past our comfort zones, and we left with a renewed sense of purpose, team cohesiveness, and were able to refine a strategic plan that we could all align around. ”

    -Stuart Breyer, CEO, mallowstreet

  • "We loved being able to explore the extensive and beautiful grounds. It was so peaceful and relaxing but we were able to run to the local village, Finchingfield, every day and one evening enjoyed pizza in the local pub."

  • "The Shore Hall retreat gave me the time to sit and reflect and use the tools of some really amazing practitioners. It's been absolutely amazing and I can't recommend these ladies and their programs enough."

  • "One session of Equine-Faciliated Learning with Lara was worth months of therapy and leadership coaching. What a powerful offering!

-Dr. Katie Takayasu, Founder/Practitioner at Dr. Katie Wellness Insights

  • "We had extremely relaxing time here, the only sound we could hear was the birds (we spotted all sort of species) singing."
